Rotary Autoclave for rubber reclaim are manufactured in various capacities ranging from 2. 0 tons to 4. 0 tons.These autoclaves are design for working pressure of 25kg/SGCM and tested at 40kg/SGCM.Autoclave for reclaim is fabricated from IS 2062 Grade - B / Boiler Quality plates of thickness depending upon the capacity and clients choice. External heating arrangement is provided which can be used both for steam and thermic fluid. The working pressure of these autoclaves are 25Kg/SGCM and are tested at 40Kg/SGCM. It has a stirring arrangement totally different from those of conventional autoclaves. This system has "n" Nos. of verticals arms and hard faced adjustable blades at particular angles and direction,depending upon the length of autoclaves, which bakes the rubber more efficiently and effectively. The rpm of this stirring arrangement varies from 2 to 11 rpm depending upon the client's choice.
Autoclave runs on 40HP to 60HP Motor and Gear Box of ratio 16/20/25:1,depending upon the capacity. The loading and discharge door are so designed so that they can witstand high working pressure of 25Kg/SGCM and can be operated (open /close) very easily with less efforts.
Specially designed Rubber seal which can withstand height temperature and pressure are provided at both the doors. Water Jacket arrangement is provided at both the ends of the shaft which keeps the asbestos gland seal cool at the time of baking of rubber. All fasteners used are of high tensile grade of LPS/ Unbrako.
